Community Model

Imagine will trade under Zamdev Limited and will be trading as Imagine Eco Village. The share allocation Imagine club will be structured with 10% shares for Zamdev (the administrators), 10% for re-investment in the program (maintenance and expansion) and 80% to the extended community. There are 14 Headmen in the greater area with about 110 households under them, 80% of the profit of the chalets will be paid directly to these households. There is no real clinic in this area and the 5 schools can really use some assistance.
